- Use a Single DB for the entire WOD if able. SDLHP is 5 on each arm, do not use 2 DB's.
- Rx=50/35 Performance= 35/25 Fitness=20/10
- If you only have a BB - Rx=85/65 Performance=65/45 Fitness=35/25
