The Strength:
Set a 0:30 Loop Timer (This is a good one)
- Perform 10 BB Rows, then rest the remainder of 0:30 before moving to next movement
- Wait for the 0:30 beep, then perform 10 Rev. Grip BB Row, rest remainder
- Curls and Side Raise reps stay the same each round (also following the 0:30 loop)
- Don't forget the extra 0:30 rest after your side raises
