- We followed this WOD pattern a few weeks ago on a Saturday, and had so much fun we wanted to bring it to the weekly class attendees as well! Do the prescribed work in less than a minute, and with the seconds you have to spare, complete as many bar hops and ball slams as possible for your score.
- You must choose a rep scheme that gets you to the slams and hops.
- Your score is total bar hops and ball slams added together
- You will spend 14 minutes in one AMRAP, swap equipment with a friend (4 minute transition), then spend 14 minutes on the next
