THE DETAILS
Athlete 1 works while Athlete 2 rests
Athlete 1 will do 1 rep of all movements, run the shuttle, and then Athlete 2 will do 1 reps of all movements, run the shuttle.
Athlete 1 will then do 2 reps of all
The Shuttle is always 1
Once you work your way up to 10 (Rx), you will repeat and go back down the ladder
Performance will work up to 9 reps, repeat then move down
Fitness will work up to 8 reps, repeat then move down
We will let you know when we are at the 1/2 way point. This will help you guage your turn-around point.
