Sunday, 2/5 9-11am with Casey Baczewski. Open Gym is a great time to work on skills you would like to get better at. Casey is incredibly knowledgable and we'd love to see you in there picking her brain!
The CrossFit Open
February 16 - March 3
Event details are rolling in and it's time to get excited!
- This is our biggest Community event of the year, and we want you to be a part of it with us! 3 work-outs, tons of fun, hard work and the best energy imaginable.
- The main event will run on Saturdays (first heat 8am) with an additional option on Sunday Open Gym, or Monday class time (if prior arrangements are made).
- All levels, all abilities - there is something for everyone!

A few notes: Dumbbells must be off the mat when they are not in use. No exceptions. This is lighter than usual, please remember bars with 10# plates cannot be dropped.

- perform a snatch to get the bar overhead
- Hang Power Snatch (after your last snatch, bring the bar to the back rack for back squats.)
