- Thursday December 31st - 5:30am, 6:40am, 8:00am, 10:00am & 12:00pm classes ONLY. All evening classes canceled.
- Friday January 1st - 8:00am, 9:10am, 10:00am, 12:00pm classes only. All other classes canceled.
- Saturday January 2nd - No CrossFit Kids. All adult classes meeting according to schedule.

Each station will do the same general warm-up, with a few extra movements added on for your start station. You will only do one warm-up, depending on what your start station will be.

As Many Rounds As PossibleBox Jump Overs - you can move laterally if you wish, 2 feet must hit the top of the box, but you do not need to reach full extension, standing at the top.
