Station #1
- Working for the first 0:15 of every minute. Minute 1 you will do as many chest to bar pull-ups as possible in 0:15, minute 2 as many pull-ups in -0:15 etc. You will then go back to chest to bar on minute 4 etc...
- Score = Total of all reps
