*Keep a constant, fast pace through this workout in order to finish before the time-cap. It will be hard for many Rx athletes to finish under the time-cap, so make sure you are working through those C2B then moving to the next movements.

*If you are looking to work up to a percentage, 80% is a good marker, but ask for a spot if you work up to this weight
