The Strength
Using the foam roller to gain a larger range of motion. Some may decide against it and do presses from the ground, and that is ok! There is more core and shoulder stability than expected from these. Start light and feel them out.https://youtu.be/LCDPxXVL2FQ
The WOD
- Note the rep scheme for KBS and Push-Ups increases by 1, and V-Taps is double the reps.
- If you are doing performance, you may go from your knees for rounds 6, 7 & 8
