Small White Boards
We purchases several small white boards and dry erase markers for outdoor and middle room stations. Writing 3 boards daily is quite difficult to keep up with and we needed help in this process. Bring your phones to your mat and jot down the warm-up and WOD for yourselves and keep at your stations.

The WOD
- Our first running WOD at 802!
- The class will be divided, one group taking one route, the other taking another route.
- WOD start time will be staggered to spread runners out.
- YOU MUST KEEP A 10 FT DISTANCE FROM OTHER RUNNERS AT ALL TIMES. EVEN IF IT EFFECTS YOUR WOD SCORE. THINK BIGGER PICTURE HERE. We want to be able to run more, but we have to make sure we are doing things the right way. Pass only when you have the open opportunity to do so.
- Group A will run from their mats around the upper lot circle twice
- Group B will run our normal route down the hill. On the way back, you will cross the street and return on the opposite side of the road and up the hill back to your mat.
- Some indoor mats will be available, but not all so that we won't need to cross others path, or mask up mid WOD.
- Don't worry, it sounds complicated, but it's not! It's a fun one!
