The Details
A1 and A2 will work Up the Ladder for 14:00 going as high as they can.
A1 =
1 Shoulder to Overhead (Push-Press or Push-Jerks)
1 Down Up and Over
40m Run
A2=
1 Power Clean
1 STOH
1 Down Up and Over
40m Run
A1= 2 PC, 2 STOH, 2 Down, Up, Over, 40m Run (runs stay at 1 the entire time)
A2=2 PC, 2 STOH, 2 Down, Up, Over, 40m Run
When the 14:00 is up, you will get 4:00 Rest
You will then get 16:00 to work your way DOWN the ladder from where you left off.
Your score will be the time it takes to do this.
For example:
If you finished on your second round of 11's and your score was 11+ 14 reps, when the timer starts the first athlete will do:
A1= 11 PC, 3 STOH
A2=11PC, 11 STOH, 11 Down, Up, Over, Run
