- STOH go up by 2's and double that number for the Tuck-Ups
- Double Unders stay the same each round
- Sub Penguins or Toe Taps instead of doing DU if you need to.
- Don't forget to repeat the round of 10 STOH/20TU before heading back down the ladder
- Score=total completed rounds plus additional reps
