We removed the 5:40pm class from the schedule on Friday 4/29 so we could get all coaches together for a meeting. The 4:30pm class will be waiting for you!

This is a build.... we will be adding to the list of movements as you get deeper into the work-out.You should be able to perform the work, with rest before the next set begins at the start.The clock will beep every minute. For the first 5 rounds, you will do:Sumo Deadlift High PullStep-UpsFor rounds 6-10 you will add:Box JumpsFor Rounds 11-20, the movements switch a bit. You will do:Sumo Deadlift High PullBox Jump OverAND with the time remaining in the minute, do as many Step-Up and Overs (Crossover style if possible).
